We look forward to continuing our relationship with Home Instead in the future. My mother is very comfortable with them. The services and caregivers have been good amd reliable. I have been a client with home instead for about 3 years. I have 2 great caregivers, Naty and Madelyn.
They let me know if she's not able to come in and they'll send a replacement, but I don't want a replacement because I like Eileen in my house. I don't like different people in my house. My mother has a Home Instead caregiver once a week to take her on errands. The first caregiver she had was nice but not a good fit. The staff listened carefully to her comments and assigned her a new Caregiver with a compatible personality. My mother is happy and "feels as if she's known her forever".

Always on time, always willing to go beyond what was asked, and proactive in meeting my brother's needs. Administrators have also been good to work with. Never any difficulties with scheduling, billing, etc.
He had wonderful caregivers that adored him. Having his family out of state he was never alone. The caregivers have been nice and polite.

My biggest appreciation is that on holidays I still receive care. The administration and caregivers at Home Instead are simply exceptional. The service and attention to detail provided are always outstanding. We are particularly impressed and thankful for their human touch, compassion, and caring shown, without exception. This company provided in-home care for my mother for 7 months. Always provided a substitute if needed.
Attempts to rectify issues through staffing, case management and even the owner of the company were unsuccessful. The only reason they have 2 stars from me is that we had a couple of really good caregivers that we were sad to part ways with when we changed agencies. I am blessed to spend time with wonderful seniors thanks to Home Instead Senior Center. I wanted to lest everyone know what a great caregiver i have. While staying in their own home is an obvious advantage for seniors, Home Instead Senior Care has additional benefits.
They have a 4-hour minimum and I don't always need someone for that long. All the caregivers were so good with my father who is 91. We had a problem that turned out to be our fault.

Well, the workers are nice and all. And they brought a gait belt to help my mom with her balance when going for walks which was helpful. However my mom suffers from a TBI and can no longer make good decisions for herself in regards to her health.

We use their service because my mom needs some assistance. And she's pleased with the people taking care of her. They they sounded all about the same, except for this one.
Caring and patient with my mother in the final months. She helped so much, giving me and my brother a much needed break so we could attend to our own lives while fulfilling my mothers wishes to stay in her home. My brother was primary caretaker and he thought she was great. We cant say enough how pleased we were. For the years I have been with HISC I have been very satisfied with my Caregivers and the immediate response to getting replacement caregivers when needed. I would gladly recommend HISC to anyone in need of help.
